O hotel é bom, o quarto e o banheiro são confortáveis e no tamanho ideal para um casal em rápida estadia. O café da manhã é excelente, ponto forte do hotel. Porém, o atendimento/simpatia/receptividade dos funcionários no momento do check in deixou a desejar. O banheiro e o quarto estavam bem limpos, no entanto o banheiro estava com muito cheiro de água sanitária.

Fiz reserva do quarto superior, mas o ar condicionado sem condições, solicitei troca de quarto, fizeram. Não gostei da cama, tinha pilow, tive que tirar para poder dormir melhor, estava embolada a fibra. Cama casal normal. Pedi um gelo na recepção, não tinha. Já fiquei várias vezes, mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito. O ponto positivo é a localização é bem próxima do Shopping Total, o cafe da manhã bom, fiquei dois dias.
