Great stay, graduation gathering- multiple rooms.

The rooms are very clean with everything you need, we had a refrigerator and cook top, very handy! Beds are comfy and staff was professional and accommodating. I booked several rooms for my family for a graduation and everything was exactly as promised. We will use this hotel again whenever we are in the area.

me and my boyfriend went to portland for 2 days and the extended stay america suite was perfect. very quiet and relaxing. room was exactly what the pictures online showed. they make it as homey as possible. including a fridge, a stove/oven, a microwave , a sink, a queen size bed, a nice bathroom and a nice view from our room. would 100% recommend to anyone not from around the area. very comfortable and great!!

Great manager response to unfortunate circumstance

The first room we were assigned at check in was in terrible condition and reaked of cigarette smoke. I spoke with the counter person, and the manager, and they were able to reassign us to another room that was spotless. The beds are hard and the sheets were rough, but with medical & dietary restrictions, having the kitchen when I travel is a must.

Amazing Team!

Amazing property. Staff was professional and very personable. My only complaint is people smoking pot right outside the only entrance/exit to the hotel. If they enforced the smoking rules, it was would be a 10 star place to stay

Clean, Large and Comfy

The room was huge, minimalistic. The shower was large enough for 2 people. Very clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a full size fridge if you needed to keep food and a small range to cook. We only stayed a night, but would have gladly stayed longer if we were going to be in town longer.

Room needed to be clean and the pull out couch needed replaced they switched our rooms and that room had a bad odor we were just there for the night and the night staff was seemed bothered by our arrival and their check in time was 24hrs morning staff was really pleasant and handed out a water bottle and a pretzel snack during check out so that was nice. We did have our pet with us and he seemed unsettled about the place overall won’t stay here again

My family of 4 came here to escape a multi-day power outage at home during the winter storm. Although the hotel had only just recovered from their own power outage, the staff was working nonstop to assist us and others looking for refuge from the storm. They were ready to troubleshoot anything that came up and made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave my fussy toddler a stuffed dinosaur to help him calm down! I can’t praise them enough for all their efforts.

A place to sleep..lol

The areas upon arrival had several people standing outside the entrance smoking. Every time I went in and out there was a group standing outside smoking near the front door. The check in was seamless lady was nice and cordial. one way in and one way out except emergency exits. We had a dog above us that liked to howl and howl during the day felt sorry for the poor thing. The people above us must have had backwards hours as they'd be sleep during the day and awake at night...lol I know this appeared to really be like a low income type place but I slept fine and no one bothered us...lol
