Owners were lovely, was a great quiet place for us to stay while watching grandchildren in the cricket carnival. We were happy to be on the outskirts of Portland. Suited our needs for a sleepover place. Very clean and lovely fresh smell on entry. Lovely big towels too.

The air conditioners are poorly located and very noisy. The air conditioner for the next door room kept me awake for most of the night.

Would have been nice to have AC on after arriving after a very hot day. Only 2 towels for 3 people and no faces after a hot sweaty day and having booked for 3 people wasn’t ideal. Shower is very old and grubby.
