The room was adequate. You get what you pay for. This was a good price and the room was okay. No specific issues. The bathroom could use updating. We opted not to use the shower. The large homeless population made the neighborhood feel sketchy. Obviously not the fault of the property owners.

I actually love this place. It is an actually apartment building with residents where the apartments on some floors are rented by the day as hotel rooms. Great area with restaurants and supermarket, Powell's Booksw. Older and not particularly updated but very comfortable and clean. The BED was wonderful. I slept like better than ever.

Asked for more towels they never came by with them and our room had a half used roll of toilet paper for a 3 days stay had to ask for more but the gentleman at the front desk was really helpful when I checked in and helped me find the place

The property was conveniently located. All front desk communications were with the Mark Spencer Hotel next door. The front desk staff at M-S were exceptional. At the very last moment, they managed to turn a five-star review into a one-star by illegally evicting me after 60 days of continuous residency. I pointed out that this was illegal so they sent their security going to harass me ehl I packed. His name is Mike. He's a big fella, but clearly misguided, and I suspect a little slow. Alyssa at the front desk is a whiz with the computer systesnd pleasant to chat with, but she won't hesitate to violate your rights for the sale of profits either. Jeers to all at the Marc Spencer and the Washington Plaza Apartments. I hope your shot burns to the ground, but that everyone gets out safely. I've got news for you folks. You just work where the rich folks stay. You're not actually rich folks and it is glaringly obvious. Stop embarrassing yourselves. With that, you may smooch the hairiest part of my butt, you effing morons.
