The staff were very nice. The hotel looked like it was under renovations so it looked like the old owners(hotel chain) decided to sell and it seems like everything was done half way. Had to request another room because of all the garbage outside the rooms and our room being filthy. The lobby and all the halls and rooms looked like they had never been vacuumed. I doubt if housekeeping even has a vacuum cleaner. If it was not for the front desk staff I would not give this place a one star rating.

Some of the staff are nice, others seem to be tweaking on stimulants of some kind, the woman at the front desk said she didnt know how to check people in but kept asking for info on my reservation, she couldnt remember answers to questions asked 30 seconds before was shaking and struggled to put room keys int enveloped, she had a huge stack of keys and was staring really intently at each one then looking at some piece of paper while sort of rocking back and forth, i asked her if someone could help me, she said maybe in 15 minutes, because the other worker who knew how to use the computer had to go to the bathroom and wouldnt be back for 15 mins but then asked me if i reserved through expedia, finally another worker came to help but also seemed very distracted maybe also high had me fill out a form with all my car info, license plate etc which i did, then she asked me if i had a car, after i had just filled out the form. I told her i had just given her the form she said “oh yeah i have to give you a parking pass” she asked the other worker “what the hell did you do with my sharpie whats wrong with you?” the other worker said “its our sharpie not just yours” then the worker said “how is your day going?” the other worker said “im fine but i dont know how to do these things” i asked them “are you going to give me the parking pass?” the worker said “we’re just joking around we’re friends” i said “ok am i free to go then” she said “i have to write out a parking pass in sharpie”

Property stated it was a non-smoking property but multiple areas smelled of marijuana and when we opened our hotel room door the stale air of a smoking room hit us like a mack truck. The sink outside the bathroom didnt drain and the furniture was so grimy that i didnt want to even sit on them.

There were only a few problems with this property. No caffeinated coffee was in the coffee supplies-which is not a big problem but I discovered it only at 7 AM which meant I would have had to get dressed to go get other coffee from the front desk. Which is another problem-I could not connect to the front desk via the room phone. These are small in the scheme of things though. Mostly a pleasant stay. The bathroom had some missing tiles and an appearance of unfinished work. THe shower curtain was ragged and torn. But the bed and linens were more than acceptable. I love the two different sink areas and the layout of the room. The living room offered a lovely separation from the sleeping area. If I were to have the need to stay somewhere for an extended time, I would definitely put this on my list. The woman who checked us in-Jen-was very kind and accommodating.

The Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport yet quiet. It was so spacious as well and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
