Great apartment, fab location

Fantastic apartment in a great location with 2 small balconies. Located on the first floor. Beds comfortable. A minor point, shower doors need attention but shower good, great to have 2 bathrooms/ bedrooms. Check in is 4pm, on arrival at 3.15 we called the office, to be told it still needed cleaning. We returned at 4pm, cleaner turned up at 4.15pm. We dropped off our bags and were given a key. We returned later to a clean apartment. Better if check in process/time was easier.
