「The problem we had was the hotel did not receive our reservation from Expedia. The desk staff told me to book another room now and deal with Expedia to get our money back. I showed her my receipt and the confirmation. She still insisted on not having our reservation. So I decided to communicate via on line chat with Expedia and luckily within 10 minutes the hotel received the confirmation. I have never been in this situation in my life in a foreign country. The past 2 days at another properties...

「Lovely setting, beautiful pool, short walk to beaches and restaurants. (Worth noting they charge you €10 for bed linen, €10 for towels and €10 for beach towels if you want them. per person per week, and €7 for use of washing machine which all mounts up for families and isn’t stated when you book through Ebookers)」

「Dejligt hotel. Rigtig gode betingelser på hotellet. Venligt personale.」

「Très bien vraiment」

「Tolle Lage, traumhafter Strand.
