「This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good.」

「The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again.」

「The Property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We did note a couple of minor snags like doors scuffing on the floor, or a shower that doesn’t drain very well , but overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. 」
