"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

Résidence Koh-I Nor by Les Etincelles

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing Staff and great location"

Hôtel Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens

8/10 Good

"Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would stay there again."
