「No, the pancakes were still out at 330 pm when we checked in, the hot tub was half full and gross looking, there was cigarette butts all over the railings and ground, staff was hard to get a hold off. My room ended up having a broken faucet on the tub and floooded the floor. They had to shut water off to the room and we had to leave and get another hotel. 「My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth. 」

「The room was dirty with dust on the side table and drawers which I dusted with wipes. Also, the bathroom has no floor mat and hand towers which we requested the following day. The shower is slow and the shower curtain is too high that it hardly reach the tub that the water drips to the floor. I am a bit disappointed that it did not meet the "holiday inn" standard that we normally receives from other locations.」
