"The hotel said it was doing renovations but i couldn’t tell. When booking, kids should not be put in an adjacent room near someone else. They were screaming and crying like an adult was harming them for hours. I had to keep calling the front desk. The shuttle was good but maybe they should clean them up as well. "

"This was a last minute trip planned quickly. One of the main reasons I stayed at Springhill was front desk associate Stephanie Castillo. I had called 2 other properties to ask simply what time their airport shuttles started in the morning as I had to make an early return flight. Each time I was put on hold and then given a simple answer of "4AM" followed by silence. When I called Springhill, Stephanie took an extra few seconds explaining the importance of getting to the airport early due to spring breakers and also filled in some other information regarding rental car pick up and drop off. She was pleasant and courteous and, in the end, asked if there was anything else she could help with. That, along with a 4.8 rating on Google sealed the deal for me. Once I arrived, Stephanie (who I was unaware of until I recognized her voice from the phone call) and her staff were courteous and helpful at every turn and each is an exceptional spokesperson for your brand. Gym was adequate for what I used it for. I think it's as equipped as it can be given the space constraints. Overall, any of the staff I came into contact with were very attentive and courteous. Shuttle drivers were equally pleasant and conversational. All in all, I would gladly stay again and recommend it to friends making a quick trip to Houston. "

"A cute little hotel that has had a late renovation. It’s surrounded by other considerable hotels. Their shuttle service is limited so gauge your takeoff and touchdown time accordingly. They start really early, but I believe the last shuttle is at 9 PM."

"Booked this specifically for the airport shuttle. We arrived and couldn’t get through to anyone at the hotel for 45 minutes, then had to wait for him to show up. That made it very stressful. The room was very dark. There were only two lights on either side of the bed, and one sconce on the far corner. No light in the entryway or by the desk. The shower water pressure was super low. The fridge worked well, but was unlabeled and kept wobbling. Coffee was available all night but there were rarely cups. I went out at 3am to get coffee and my key stopped working so I was locked out of my room. Same thing happened the next day. Breakfast was pathetic. First day they had good breakfast sandwiches, but they only put one or two out at a time. There were no napkins and had to ask for coffee cups. They had yogurt, apple juice, milk, oranges, apples, and bananas (no apples or bananas after the first day). The hallway smelled like marijuana. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. The second day I asked for towels and never got them. The bed had a broken piece under it so it squeaked terribly when we moved, but it was still fairly comfortable. Air conditioner was wonderful!! We were close to the airport and the planes were very loud, but we were able to sleep fine and it wasn’t too much of a distraction. There was limited dining options. All in all, we dealt with the issues and the room was cheap enough, but I think we would pass on staying here again. "
