「Friendly, clean, relaxing」

「Quaint property in a convenient location in Evora. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area. We had a huge sitting area outside shared with one other suite overlooking the pool and courtyard. 」

「Our second visit to the hotel, after a short stay in a duplex apartment with friends in September. This time with family in two rooms, but it was still such a great weekend. Unbeatable views across the Alqueva lake, really friendly and accommodating staff throughout the hotel, great food and drinks. We'll be back (again) 」

「A lovely unique hotel with delightful service. We were staying there during the blackout and the staff put together food and brought in to all the rooms along with candles and battery lamps. The staff worked so hard to make us comfortable and kept us updated on the power outage. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Would stay there again and again. 」

「This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. It would serve perfectly as a retreat and invites meditation. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there's a big TV in a common room. The building also houses artwork and small museums. It's a bit isolated. The restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant 700 meters away. You can also go to the castle for dinner. The hotel breakfast...
