"A pearl nested in a charming mountain village overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff, great and comfortable room, nice breakfast.... Only one regret, we didn't stay longer."

"By far one of the best apartments I had in any of my trips abroad! Big, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room (that freeze up the air in no time, despite the 34 degrees outside!), two balconies and a huge yard to have friends over (in this case - my sister's family that also visited Kala Nera). Short walk to the beach and restaurants of Kala Nera. Eva and her family were wonderful host and helped us with every enquiry that we had from organising a taxi to helping us with our restaurant recommendations."

"We had a great stay with the family. The house is fully equipped and aesthetically it follows the traditional Pelion style. Hosts were very helpful and gave us useful tips. The closest beach is just couple of minuets of walking away. All commodities are nearby, with a supermarket a bread store and a butcher's store. Very nice stay."

"What a wonderful hotel!!! The hotel was elegant, very clean, very thought out. There wasnt anything missing. There was even a kitchenette an a Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable in size. Even the elevator was pretty. Tonia who greeted us and checked us in was just lovely and as quick as you can get to satisfy your needs. In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers and aranged taxi transport to and from as we needed. Then made us all coffee. Concierge and then some. The breakfast was also fantastic. Simply an Amazing gem of a hotel with just 16 rooms!!! Wish all hotels had this type of service with a genuine smile."

"Excellent service from the staff, wonderful views of the mountains and town below, great morning breakfast. The only thing that lowered the rating was the beds were extremely hard and the air conditioner didn’t keep the rooms cool. Although, these are common findings in Greece. Would stay there again. "
