"The window in our 5th floor room opened completely like a door however there was no bars, or balcony with a wall so anyone could have fell to their death. The door was easily opened so this made us feel unsafe and would not have been okay if we had kids."

"We stayed here for a few days. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have the breakfast or use any of the amenities since we were busy exploring the city. The location is not in the middle of all the action, but we preferred that."

"Very spacious hotel with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. Our AC was not working in the room, but it was promptly resolved whilst we were out, after we mentioned it to reception. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Auge bar on the 19th floor is worth a visit!"

"Le déjeuner était vraiment bien,,, la chambre était également vraiment bien ainsi que le Spa et le gym,, j’aimerai vraiment remercier ERIC le food and beverage manager pour son EXCELLENT support et service à la clientèle ,, M JOAQUIN DESOUSA Le directeur général pour nous avoir accordé une superbe chambre avec vue sur la ville les 4 derniers jours de nos 2 semaines a ,hôtel Suite à la demande que nous avions fait ma femme et moi,, finalement gros merci à Edwardo et Vera breakfast manager pour leur TRÈS BON SERCICE à la clientèle ,, toujours prêt à nous aider"

"The hotel was clean the breakfast was extensive and delicious running from 7.30am-11.30am. Room and rest of hotel was clean and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We attended for a conference but stayed on an additional 4 nights as tourists. The location is great if you have a car- easy to find."

"It’s a nice hotel, but the building isn’t very attractive from the outside. The lobby is small and feels more like a hallway, so it’s not really a place where you can hang out. The location is okay, but not particularly great."

"Lovely hotel! The staff were great at check in, although we had arrived early was able check in and store our luggage at the hotel so that we could go off and explore hassle free. When we arrived back collected our room key and went straight to our room. The hotel is very clean, our room was great! Shower was powerful and towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel has a roof terrace which opens at 4pm where we had a welcome drink. Great touch from the hotel. The location was great for what we had planned for our trip and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you hotel moon and sun for a great stay we will be back!"
