"Clean "

"Room was nice and big and very spacious. A very Comfortable longe Pool was lots of fun and a good size too Close walking distance to shops And marina. The only down side was the view as the top end of building is now completely blocked by a new high rise apartment being built it from of it. (Luckily I got a cheap price for room on Wotif as if I had had to pay the normal price I definitely wouldn’t have been happy and would have asked for another apartment) "

"If in Nelson Bay, this is the place to stay. Welcome was excellent, room was clean with plenty of room and amenities. The pool is great and the bonus is the food/drinks from the Marina food van."

"Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean. Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there. Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty. Fridge frosted up and not closing properly. Staff were very helpful. Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance. Gave off a tired feel. "
