「Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. There were great choices for breakfast and the jams/marmalade served were also home-made. Definitely recommend and would stay at Tranquilles on my next trip to Port...

「The location of hotel is very good. Easy to find and close to town centre. The hotel host was very friendly. I left my camera bag on a chair at the reception area during check in. My wallet and passport were also in the bag. When I came back to the reception 2 hours later, thanks god that the hotel host help me to keep it and gave it back to me. I really appreciate very much.」
