It was dirty. There was no housekeeping to speak of. You had to sign up for housekeeping when you got there. I signed up for it and it never came. It was dirty when we got there. The Westin Tampa Bay
Beach view was great. The pool was being renovated but the bathroom had a lingering sewer smell i guess because it’s by the bay. Elevators were slow.
