「Very Rude staff and don't support the customer needs. The breakfast buffet is terrible full of processed and canned food. Rooney service is terrible and the beach is dirty. Will never go back there ever again」

「We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

「I did not stay at this hotel. I paid for the hotel and even bought a travel insurance policy that stated that I will get a refund in case of any cancellation. Had a medical emergency and contacted Expedia two days before check in date to cancel but Expedia said they are having issues getting to the hotel to process my refund as the hotel policy is that the booking is a non refundable one even after I bought an insurance policy from Expedia. I am still waiting for a response from Expedia」
