「Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. 「Cute hotel, staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were small and our shower door was broken but they fixed right away then the grab bar on the shower wall fell off. The pool was fantastic and breakfast by the pool each morning was lovely! The staff at breakfast and bar were amazing!」
