「Staff were fantastic. The apartment ticked all the boxes. The only downside is the time it takes to check in. There were three in our party, all living at the same address. For each we had to complete full address details. My wife was in a wheelchair. Again staff very helpful. Great outside life inside lift only just fits a wheelchair and that is by pulling in the foot bars 」

「This hotel is a small intimate boutique hotel. It is set in a gorgeous area and only a 5 minute walk to the main town square and tram. The staff are phenomenal and the breakfast and snack menu was outstanding. We cannot wait to return someday. 」

「The property was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean with nice bathrooms. My only inconvenience, and I don’t believe I saw this ahead of time, was that the property has no elevators and with the room on the third floor it was just inconvenient carrying the luggage up to the third floor, but other than that, it was amazing」
