I was scared

Got to the room late at night. Seven or eight people smoking outside. Did not look like families traveling, let’s just say that. The room had NO decor- absolutely nothing on the walls. One small lamp in the bedroom. Bright white flourescent lights. TV remote was broken. No TV in the bedroom. It was clean, painted over with glossy white and red paint. Tile floors were new and clean. No shampoo etc. Small bar of soap- clean white towels! The overall feeling was of an extended stay hotel with down on their luck people living there week to week. My instinct was to turn around and drive 150 miles home- I really was afraid. Stayed the night without incident. Left early- paid 150 for the night, expected something better.

Bridged the Gap well!

We stayed at Motel 6 for only one night since the condo we usually rent wasn't available until a day later this year. Motel 6 was fine - clean, conveniently located, and had a mini kitchen and would be fine for extended stays as well. We did not use the wifi or the outdoor pool but they were available. There is a Dunkin Doughnuts across the road very handy for morning coffee and continental breakfast items. Motel 6 staff were friendly and accommodating!

So nasty we had ask for different unit because toilet was not clean, grabbed the phone to call didn’t work, for 7 nights we stayed nobody clean or sweep anything just bruoght some towels and that’s all, very nasty had to go and by bleach to clean the sink and table and counter arias, the air conditioning very loud and we turn it of night time, we would not go back, and I forget the coffee maker was broken too, service desk was ok just in first day when I asked for cleaning service how that works the guy said oh don’t know about that.?

Nice room with a bad bed.

They are doing renovations. The room we had wa updated. Very spacious and clean. The only negatives were that there is no tv in the bedroom just the sitting area and the beds may be made of concrete. Seriously firm mattresses, which I don’t care for.

The room and kitchen were ok; It was a decent efficiency, but it’s possible one of the beds had not been changed. It could’ve been small stains on the sheets but still not very appealing. The towels and washcloths in the bathroom definitely smelled of bleach, however the linens on the beds did not.
