Hotel El Rancho is Top Tier

This is a location that I come to every time I am in Haiti. I was so happy to see some of the same staff from the past few years still working there . Great customer service and friendly faces. This is the ONLY hotel in Port Au Prince that I definitely feel at home and safe at. I’d like to say welcome to the new Manager Mr Anoop. What an amazing well versed man. He definitely knows the business.

The hotel was very nice. I love that it has a classic timeless look about it. If there is one thing I would say with this hotel ,it must do better with their food and drinks. It was not all that great and for the price you are being charged, I would recommend you eat in the city. The front desk staff were very nice and Alenjandro assist us professionally. I do love the fact that the security of EL Rancho are constantly watching the property and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

The room was inviting, clean, and responded well to my expectations of the hotel caliber for which I chose my stay. What I didn't like is the security guards getting too much involved in my personal business rather than concentrate on their own security jobs.
