Everything was normal. The problem I have is with the hotel owner, he is not respect the deal he make. I pay the hotel online,then after 3days staying the write guy who is the owner scam me out of money. If you have someone come see you during days time you don't pay until that person spend the night. He want me to pay more tan 200$us because I have a guest during days time, I pay 70$ . I will not recommend this place for someone who will have guest during days time. The write guy will scam you out of your money

Woww this is a dead place where people try to make extra bucks.pay $105 for room nt clean old ugly towels.service don’t worth that money.

the shower head was leaking, the tv was to small and the images was fuzzy, i told them about it, inwas told a technician was on his way. nobody showed up for 3 days, the towels was tired and the breakfast was the exact same everyday. food was over priced, pool dirty as hell and power kept cutting off

I don’t like nothing about property the hotel is stink no air conditioning, the room was ugly, I don’t recommend people to take this hotel.

The place is not how it turned out to be. AC not working, no pool, and was late to my flight because the entrance gate was still locked.

We are really puzzled about your remarks. The Pool has just been re-modeled and is open. You should have called the Clerk to turn on The A.C. for you.and also to open the gate,that we keep closed for security reason. We are sorry that your experience was not good.

The food was overpriced and not good quality. There was no breakfast at the time posted. The air conditioner sounded like a cement mixer. There was no shower curtain. There were no outside lights and my room was in complete darkness away from the main area. Didn’t feel safe at all. The staff seemef clueless when asked when breakfast would be. I talked to three different people about breakfast. I was promised a refund but the owner didn’t honor what her staff said would happen. Went to the Palm next door and had a great experience.

Very close to the airport, supermarket, hardware stores etc...Even though we made our reservations in advance they did not know we were coming and gave us a room that had not been recently cleaned. All around good place to stay for your money. Clean pool, some rooms outdated, limited A/C 4pm - 7am, no wifi in the room, limited menu at restaurant and pricey.

Staff we're very helpful. Once I needed a translator for a clinic last week Ronald stepped up to do it. He did an amazing job had a calming spirit and was very kind and respectful. Overall good stay. They have best coffee. One thing I would add is a coffee maker in rooms or at least small portable ones guest can have available in room for trip.
