"Decent enough hotel, staff would never answer the phone and were generally unprofessional. Once we checked out I realized my brother left his swim trunks behind, the room cleaner never brought them to lost and found and according to the front desk they just disappeared. I know it happens sometimes and we should have checked the room better but usually they will set the stuff aside for you to come back and grab."

"Room clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Build up of old dust on some things, tops of shampoo and conditioner in shower had old gunk on them. Face towel looked like someone recently wiped their hand on it. Pool and hot tub seriously need a paint job though I’m sure it was lovely back in the day and I enjoyed it being semi outdoors with the fresh air. The bed was surprisingly comfortable "
