"The receptionist was very kind and assisted us with preordering an early morning taxi, finding a good restaurant with local cuisine and making a reservation for us. The whole experience of checking in was exceptional. The location of the hotel is really central as its name suggests. Highly recommended. "

"Breakfast was the highlight, along with super comfy bed and lovely windows that opened wide to let in the crisp fresh air! Bathroom is a bit oddly designed but it did have heated floors which is a nice touch!"

"Beautiful hotel with Finnish style and furnishings both in the common areas and the rooms. Our room requests were fulfilled and were ready even a few hours before check in which was appreciated. Great location in a central and elegant area of Helsinki walking distance to many sites. Great variety and quality of food at the breakfast buffet. We tried the on site restaurant for dinner one night and really enjoyed the local food dishes. The service was slightly slow both there and a few times waiting for a cocktail at the bar. The front desk staff were all very polite and friendly. Unfortunately on our last night there one of our rooms air conditioner units started to make a very loud intermittent noise which we would have tried to remedy had we had to stay longer as it was quite annoying to sleep with. Overall greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel!"
