The location is perhaps the main thing about this hotel. It cant get any better than this in terms of location. The Poole Harbor view is fantastic from the Hotel. However the hotel facilities seem rather tired looking despite recent refurbishments

All the staff were really friendly. The room was lovely, clean and roomy. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The hotelnis in a perfect location, overlooking the harbour and just a short walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces and secure.

Staff lovely & helpful, room was spotless. Only negative is as slighly older building no modern day fittings, ie no plug sockets by beds or usb ports in rooms for phone charging.

Room was basic but very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the view was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the stars of this stay for sure. If you’re on a limited budget you could do a lot worse.

The power shower was excellent as was the room. Breakfast coffee not very good the young lady on duty each morning was excellent, but rushed off her feet more staff needed at breakfast! All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful all in all an enjoyable stay!

The property is in a great location and easily walkable to the harbour and old sections of Poole. The hotel itself needs some tender loving care. The breakfast buffet is sub-standard and definitely is not worth the price. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Reception staff to those who catered for our business meeting lunch were all brilliant, polite, helpful and went the extra mile. Thank you Kayleigh for the drinks service at the end of our business meeting and your service and conversation in the bar in the evening.

The shower was luke warm and dripped, costing the hotel money in extra water bills. The reception and other staff were very helpful and it was very convenient to find pet friendly accommodation for our new puppy so close to our ferry terminal.
