Tenuta Esdra is located south of Rome about 1 1/2 hours and North of Naples about 1 hour. The setting is in a small town called Pontocorvo. The hotel is located close to all major autostratas, downtown, restaurants and stores. We stayed 8 nights. The hotel was amazing! The views spectacular. The staff also AMAZING! The main attraction for us was the swimming pool as we arrived during a heat wave and the pool was a God sent! The hotel has a full treatment spa that is beautiful. They provided hair services for a wedding we attended. Francesa made the best breakfast coffee and served us breakfast. Annabell and Marco took care of our daily food and beverage needs. Patrize and Giovanni ran the from desk and were very helpful. Fabio the chef cooked for our friends and family several nights! He would cook anything you requested! The place is a old farm house set in the country side but was 100 redone 2 years ago. It is AMAZING what they have done. The rooms and bathrooms were not big but were comfortable. The bathing showers were a tiny bit small and tight. Very clean!! This place looks like it was built yesterday but all the old charm is still there. This staff was extremely accommodating. They grow their own vegetables. This place would make a great place to stay for a girlfriends or friends week long wine tasting. We took day trips to Naples, Capri, Gaeta, Sperlago Beach, Montanga Spaccata, Formia and more! This was a wonderful place to stay!

Hôtel neuf, au calme à la campagne, à 5 minutes en voiture de Pontecorvo, 15/20 minutes de Cassino.
Accueil sympathique et disponible. Les membres du personnel ne parlent pas tous anglais, mais il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour vous répondre (parfois même en français)
Chambres confortables, sans être très spacieuses, à un tarif très raisonnable.
Belle piscine. Spa que nous n'avons pas utilisé.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Restaurant de l’hôtel excellent et à un bon rapport qualité prix.
Très bonne expérience, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

A great place to stay....hidden gem!
Tenuta Esdra is a very nice agri spa hotel to go to ......for lots of peace and tranquility......It is a little difficult to find...... it is out in the countryside from Pontecorvo ...a well hidden gem that has lots to offer. Most of the staff speak only Italian....one of the waiters Anna was very very helpful and became our interpreter ...as well as making many suggestions of places to go.....restaurants. Gaeta, Sperlonga, Casserta and Naples were some of the day trips that can easily be done from this hotel. The restaurant at the hotel offered great food and we got very lazy and stayed in each evening. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Italy

Nice city escape with spa & pool
We had a wonderful 3 day escape from Rome at the Esdra. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The hotel is modern. The spa was small but excellent. The hotel is in the perfect location for guests who want to relax and enjoy the pool and spa or for those who would like to venture out for a hike or mountain biking. There are a number of sites to see nearby as well as numerous trattorie. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel. The chef offers innovative dishes using local ingredients.
