「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...

「This was a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Our first time to Lake Como and we were not disappointed. The setting is calm and peaceful and the hotel was quiet and beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful service. 」

「Location was spectacular right on Lake Como. Long expensive taxi ride from train station but worth it . Our room had a balcony on the lake ! Wonderful staff. Perfect location to hop on the ferry boats . Wonderful easy bus service. Nice restaurant and bar at the hotel and a very nice breakfast ( included ). The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend . 」
