"Thank you for making our stay lovely! The staff were incredible and helpful and nothing was a problem. Hotel has a lot of potential for when it’s more established- ample space for a pool and a rooftop currently not in use all the time- it’s screaming out for a rooftop bar!"

"The facilities and the room is amazing. The front desk people with special mention to Lorenzo, who did an extra mile to search for me at the square amongst the crowd, just to inform me updates on the store he recommended to check regarding my inquiries on certain products whilst at the front desk. They also presented me a birthday champagne. The hotel is a vintage 17th century building which was formerly a castle built in 1450. "

"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."
