agreable sejour à l'auberge

hotel a 5mn de la gare puis 15 mn de train pour se rendre dans le centre de florence. Hotel très propre avec possibilité de se preparer des boissons chaudes ou petit dejeuner servi en chambre. la propriétaire parle Français et nous renseigne sur les visites possibles

I don't like at all

It's not an hotel, it's an apartment far away from Florence, the apartment is about cat and not comfortable at all. The place not safe and far from everything, the room is so small, not comfortable, the bath room is ok, I don't like it at all.

A découvrir

Accueil chaleureux et décors fait main par le propriétaire avec des objets de récupération. Surprenant et original. Excellant rapport qualité/prix.

B&B in zona tranquilla di Pontassieve

Passata una notte nel B&B in occasione di una manifestazione sportiva (mezza maratona di Pontassieve). B&B molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi) e anche dal centro storico di Pontassieve. Arredamento eclettico e proprietari molto simpatici e disponibili. Le camere sono arredate utilizzando materiali riciclati e tutto è organizzato in modo da minimizzare sprechi (energetici, idrici etc..). La camera era pulita e con letto comodo, unico inconveniente parziale il bagno con dimensioni molto ridotte, OK per una notte meno per soggiorni più lunghi. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Punto strategico

Purtroppo, ci siamo fermati una sola notte, ma è stata sufficente per riposare bene. Nonostante sia in centro, il silenzio regna sovrano, i titolari molto cordiali, a due passi dalla stazione centrale.

Viehättävä, persoonallinen majapaikka

Todella persoonallinen, viehättävä paikka. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä! Rautatieasema lähellä, helppo mennä Firenzen keskustaan. Olimme matkalla lasten kanssa. Saimme erilliset huoneet, suihku ja vessa olivat käytävällä, mutta alue eristettiin sermillä vain meidän käyttöömme. Kivaa vaihtelua yöpyä vaihteeksi näin kodikkaassa ja persoonallisessa paikassa.

Un'ottima accoglienza

Avevo prenotato una doppia perché era l'unica stanza disponibile. Al mio arrivo la proprietaria,avendo constatato che viaggiavo da solo,mi ha fatto lo sconto,senza chiederlo e senza che mi fosse dovuto. Se non è un'ottima accoglienza questa.. L'albergo è molto ben collegato con Firenze tramite ferrovia. La struttura è calda e accogliente,la stanza e il bagno grandi e puliti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Günstiges Hotel nahe des Bahnhofs

Wer eine günstige Übernachtung für Florenz sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Leider viele Mücken und nachts hört man die Züge auf den nahen Gleisen. Eine Entrümpelung der Zimmer und gesammelten Sachen (Bücher, alte Zeitschriften) wären von Vorteil, so hat das ganze großen Hostal Charakter Die Besitzer sind jedoch sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch Pontessieve hat eine nette Altstadt.

L'abito non fà il monaco... Appena entri un'ottima atmosfera accogliente e pulita ti avvolge! Proprietari simpatici e molto disponibili! Posizione ottimale vicino alla stazione del treno che in solo 15 minuti ti porta a Firenze città! Per una colazione a 5 stelle, nelle vicinanze ottima pasticceria, con pochi euro una colazione favolosa. Per chi preferisce fare la colazione in camera, disponibile su richiesta! Consigliatissimo!

Nice B & B NEAR (not in) Florence

When we found this hotel, it was advertised as being in Florence. It is not. It is in a town near Florence called Pontesessive. It. Is. Wonderful! The hotel is near the train station (5 min walk) and is near a phenomenal coffee shop and lots of shops. When we got there, the renaissance festival was happening and we had a delightful stay. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy. The surrounding area was also quiet which was nice. The inn keepers were so kind and helpful with helping us plan our visit to Florence. The only down side to this b&b is that breakfast is not included. Other than that, it is a great place to stay!

A stay helped along by fantastic service

The adjective I would use to describe this hotel is 'quaint'. The hotel is filled with artistic creations; there is so much to look at and appreciate. The hotel completes the 'art' trip to a beautiful part of Italy. Wonderful facilities; a fridge/microwave/kettle, to use at your own disposable, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. A folder filled with all the information you would possibly need to know, and the option to have breakfast in bed for only another 5euros!.. Always there to offer a helping hand and impeccably clean. Interesting location, we watched a football team train one evening in the park next door, from our window! Ask the hotel owner for the details of the wonderful fish restaurant and go to his favourite restaurant for the best fillet steak you'll ever taste. Overall wonderful.

Cosy little place

Cosy little B&B in Pontassieve, Tino was very helpful in providing tips getting around Florence and making us feel at home in his place. The rooms are uniquely themed with cats and we loved it very much. Good little place outside the busy and crowded town of Florence and very accessible to town via train or drive

nice semi-hotel, reasonable price for location

it's a good location near florence (12 km by car or 10 minutes by train), the little town is pretty silent, but the street is pretty noisy in the morning (if you plan to sleep more); the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and intimate and, overall, Villini has an artistic touch, different from many hotels or hostels. it's a good choice if you want relaxation near florence, we liked it
