Um absurdo, clima de 6 graus na cidade e sem água quente no chuveiro do banheiro, liguei na recepção e simplesmente a recepcionista disse q estava estragado o aquecedor, DEVERIAM ter avisado no momento do check-in pq eu mudaria de hotel. Maçaneta da porta do banheiro caindo, hotel em falta com a manutenção!

Checkin ruim, cheguei as 15:30 e ainda tinha de esperar limpeza pois nao estava pronto. tive de aceitar me colocar em um outro quarto com configuração diferente da que contratei. cartão de acesso nao funcionou , teve de ser substituido.

Necessita manutenção.

Já fiquei nesse hotel outras vezes. Dessa vez meu quarto ficou com a janela para a avenida, assim, ouvia-se o barulho dos carros. O ar condicionado do quarto que eu fiquei precisa de manutenção urgente. Sujo, não gelava bem e fazia muito barulho, dificultando o descanso. O café da manhã também pode melhorar a qualidade dos produtos.

Os quartos estavam limpos, a equipe do hotel foi extremamente atenciosa, com destaque para Maria Eduarda e Naara. O café da manhã é simples porém com itens essenciais o que não deixou a desejar. Eles te estacionamento coberto sem custo adicional.Recomendo e retornaria.

Hotel aparentemente novo, quartos até que bem equipados, sentimos falta de espelho de corpo no quarto e a pia do banheiro um pouco alta demais. Faltou um aviso no registro do chuveiro de qual lado iria água quente e o lado fria. No mais café da manhã super delicioso e bem servido!

Vale a pena!

O custo benefício vale muito a pena, a cama king e confortável, a ducha muito boa, limpeza do quarto ,MAS desta vez, o café da manha deixou a desejar, pão francês nao estava bom, poucas opções e olha, que sempre fico neste hotel e tem um cafe da manhã simples mas saboroso! Algo aconteceu...mas o hotel vale a pena mesmo!

Hotel novo, construção recente, localização favorável frente ao cassino, tem garagem, café da manhã muito simples, banheiro não há secador de cabelo e não há aquela ducha pequenininha manual que costuma estar ao lado do vaso sanitário, pra pessoa sobretudo as mulheres que estiver usando o vaso caso decidir se lavar estando sentada no vaso, não há essa hipótese pois não há aquele chuveirinho, o chuveiro do box funciona muito bem mas sem hipotese de usar chuveirinho pois não há aquela mangueirinha tampouco dentro do box, limpeza quarto top, atendimento a baixo da media de outros hotéis que tenho ficado, turno noturno nao atende chamada telefônica em nenhuma hipótese e mensagem de Watsaap período noturno tampouco, não tem restaurante, não tem bar, não tem piscina, não há ao lado nenhum restaurante nem lanchonete, nem bar absolutamente nada que favoreça hóspede se quiser estando no hotel fazer alguma refeição sem precisar tirar o carro da garagem e deslocar até o centro da cidade que não é perto para ir a pé e nem aconselhável pois hotel está na linha de fronteira uma rua perigosa para andar a pé ser assaltado.
