The manager blamed Expedia. The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked. Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. Asked for a blanket and told none were available - manager had an extra sheet delivered. We were told to wear more clothes if...

"Part of this hotel is under renovation. Improvements are being made but the service is excellent as provided by Dilan, the owner. This hotel has a huge lake right behind it and it is sanctuary to wild life. Very quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend it."
