"Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"

"The gir who checked me in chastised us for booking through Expedia and said my license photo made me look high. The room was barely cleaned and the water pressure was nonexistent. "

"Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. "

"The room was nasty, we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. The bathroom sink was so dirty that the disinfectant wipe came out almoust black with hair all over it. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. After seeing the room i refused to go eat breakfast, during check out the gentlemen could not give me a receipt and he was in charge of the hotal at that time walking around barefoot and having in nasty feet on the lobby furniture, hope he didn't help prepare breakfast after playing with his feet. Do not recommend staying at this hotel, nasty, unkempt, smells, unprofessional and not caring. "
