"This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in. "

"The staff was very welcoming and warm. The front desk attendant extended my check out so I could shower after SCUBA diving before I got on the road home. I extremely grateful. "

"The property is a bit dated. The room was a nice size. People hanging out at the pool making noise and drinking till 2 am was a bit negative. The property was nice and the staff was very friendly. "

"I have stayed at this property several times before, and I have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has great amenities. I loved my spa treatment. My son had an awesome time sliding down into the pool. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be a more organized evacuation plan in place. I had the experience of evacuating my room due to a fire alarm signal. Thank goodness my husband knew where the stars were. So many guests were confused as how to access the stairs.There need to be more visible signs as how to access the stairs as well as management presence needs to be visible. We were outside for a while before other guests said we can return to our rooms. There should be someone from the property directing us to get back inside. In addition, there should also be access to use the stairs to get back to our rooms. It was very chaotic returning to our rooms because everyone was trying to access the 2 elevators. Thank goodness it was a false alarm, and everyone was safe. However, I will definitely suggest management taking a look at their evacuation plan. Nevertheless, our stay was truly amazing, and we all look forward to spending time at this property again. "
