"The staff was rude & unaware. It was as if they didn’t communicate with each other about anything and no matter what one staff member may have told you if it’s not the staff member you’re speaking with at that moment it didn’t matter. Housekeeping was by request but we requested them twice on Saturday and nobody ever came. We were then charged at $57 fee for damaged linen that no one on staff could explain. The complimentary breakfast was just a boxed breakfast, nothing worth writing home about. The pool is open dust to dawn, the Lola’s staff at the bar was nice & attentive but if you’re not sitting at the bar do no expect service. The manager, Raymond was the rudest person ever. He should not be in a customer service position, especially not management. Brittany and corrina would say they did something and then when you went to follow up it wouldn’t be done. Nothing about this place gave resort. Definitely take the money you’d spend here and spend it somewhere else. We saw multiple guest get into arguments with the front desk, which really rubbed me the wrong way. Never felt welcomed at all. "

"All staff was great. Especially service folks. The front desk folks was a misfit. Not welcoming. But because of limited exposure to them and the rest of staff excellent. I’m rating excellence on all other staff especially restaurant, beach, bar, and pool area. "

"Pool area and staff are amazing. Beach access is great. Only 1 elevator working and it's small so waiting for availability of elevator was frustrating. Had to constantly ask for room to be cleaned and at times they would only make beds. Had to ask for towels daily to shower and they never vacuumed. We had sand on floor from beach. "

"I booked a stay at Club Wyndham Resorts through Expedia during our vacation, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We had actually booked this stay about three months in advance expecting a smooth and relaxing vacation. The room we received looked significantly different from the photos and description shown on the Expedia listing. The condition and overall appearance did not match what was advertised, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. When we saw that the room did not match the listing, we informed the front desk immediately and requested cancellation. Expedia said they couldn’t process it because they couldn’t reach the hotel. Since we couldn’t stay there, we had to quickly book another hotel at a much higher price, which was very frustrating after planning this trip months in advance. Another uncomfortable part of the experience was the aggressive push to attend the Wyndham Vacation Club sales presentation. Even after we explained that we only had one day to spend in Miami and wanted to spend that time with our family, the staff continued encouraging us to attend the session. We arrived around 9 PM after a long drive with tired and hungry kids, but instead of a quick check-in, we had to deal with repeated sales pitches."
