「The entrance door to the property did not lock. This was reported when we arrived but was told that the cleaner was in, however this wasn’t the case and the door was never locked. The door to our room also didn’t lock and could be opened just by a gentle push. There were no curtains for the window to close, the TV and the heating didn’t work. Would not stay again」
