「Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at...
