「Everything is ok, management can do better」

「The check-in and check-out processes are excellent; hassle free! The room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is super convenient.」

「Very comfortable.」

「Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.」

「Very convenient, staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean with enough space.」
