"The room was awesome. The condition was ok. The couches are white as it is decorated the way it was in the olden days and they are a bit dirty. I understand that. I was not comfortable sitting on it but I loved the room. There was no coffee in the room so that was no bueno. "

"I really loved the property. I loved the balcony off our room with beautiful views. The room was very nice and the bed comfy . It was good location for us. Only thing that would have made it perfect was a pool that was warm enough to swim in. It was freezing! So I could not use. But the hot tub was lovely "

"I've been coming to Westhaven Inn for close to 20 years, to visit family in Pollock Pines. I've always enjoyed staying here in the past because of the friendly staff, cleanliness, etc. Now under new ownership and management, the place is being completely renovated and updated to a new level of loveliness. And I'm glad to see that the tradition of friendly, helpful staff continues and far exceeds expectations. Thanks for the lovely stay. I'll see you all next time :-) "
