We had a great time here. It was very conveniently located and the staff was very nice. Importantly, we visited in July, and the AC was very cold.

Great hotel lovely room. We ended up arriving after reception hours, called the number on the door and they let us in and had everything waiting for us on the front desk. Very easy and perfect for a one night stay that we needed.

Staff was super helpful always and very friendly. Room was spacious, the aircon worked well and was quiet and the balcony was massive. The area was perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the waterfront and just downstairs many restaurants and bars. Can only recommend.

The staff were extremely professional, friendly but not intrusive. They were really helpful and keen to make our stay a positive one. It was well located for the bars and square which was great as we stayed during the World Cup. The room was clean and freshened every day we put the sign up on the door. The air con worked without issue. Overall we stayed for 10 nights and had a thoroughly good time.

Lovely large room with a separate lounge area and balcony. Room was serviced daily and the property was clean throughout. Only minor issue was with the WiFi which was very slow and intermittent. Property is well located for main area of bars, restaurants and just one row back from the promenade. Welcome drink was appreciated.

They have a hot tub on the top floor which would have been great as we booked the Terrace suite , however it was very old , did not work properly and was not clean . Very old they need to replace it . It was very dirty. Also no canopy over it as it was broken and we informed staff who said that the maintenance sense man would fix it , this didn’t happen whilst we were there. Would have been nice to use hot tub not only one set of jets were working and it was not clean . Head rest fell of and it was filthy behind. This is not right for a hot tub as they harbour germs so easily.
