"The staff was outstanding, providing service above and beyond expectations during our stay and especially afterward. We initially had a problem with our TV hookup which Keith fixed for us almost immediately after we called him. Most impressively, we left an item in our room and Keith and his staff found the item and held it for us to pick up on our trip home. Truly outstanding. "

"We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room for a lodging that's a bit older. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful, and we were quite happy to have found such a welcoming place for our quick stopover. We ate dinner at Mel's Hilltop Restaurant, which was surprisingly excellent (surprising only because we expected more diner-type food, but their choices were not only varied and enticing, but absolutely beautifully presented and done. Their smashburger was outstanding, as were the sweet potato fries they served with it. Because of the season (longest day of the year - cold), we were about the only ones there other than the maintenance crew, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay with them again if the opportunity arises!"
