「The hotel is perfectly located, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Malbork Castle box office. Free parking right at the hotel was also a big plus. The building itself is quite old, both outside and inside, and there is no elevator, which might be an issue for some guests (especially those with heavy luggage or mobility needs). 「Room clean but very old and bed not at all comfortable. Room dark and bathroom basic. Noise from restaurants outside but it does stop around midnight. Breakfast was basic but good and served by very nice lady.」

「Our suite was lively and spacious. The breakfast had a nice Polish flair to it, not just the usual hotel buffet. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Be mindful of the check-in times and contact management if you will be arriving later in the evening.」
