Find Hotels with a Pool in Pointe aux Roches

"As a first time visitor to the Casino we found the whole set up very confusing due to lack of signage. We had no idea what a 7 Star or Diamond member was or what line up to get into to register at the hotel and for a meal. I had to call to find out where to go to park. Signage said “self parking” but didn’t indicate that it was for the casino. I have problem walking and there is a long distance to walk from the parking garage to hotel."

"The property sits on a main road that only has an entrance/exit if going in a certain direction; if not approaching from that direction, you must enter via a bunch of small side streets and around the back-end of the parking lot, which is a bit confusing. The curtains in our bedroom did not close all the way so had to be pinned so the light from the parking lot didn’t get in, and the knobs on the bedroom doors were loose/broken. The staff were lovely, the property is clean and the beds comfortable, and we had a good stay. All in all, you get what you pay for - it served our purposes for the evening."

"The hotel put out a good breakfast. They are renovating the hotel and thus the elevator floor wasn't the best but the lobby was bright and welcoming and the room while older was clean.temperatures were in single digits when we stayed so we didn't use the AC but the heating worked and kept the room comfortable. And also important given the temperature shower water was hot for all of us. "

"Do not stay here. It is a dumpster fire. Read the Google reviews. They’re not exaggerating. Other than the elevators not working and the front desk not knowing the elevators were not working was when I was told that housekeeping was ‘on demand’ and when the pool drains overflowed into the pool."
