"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed. "

"Very clean property. Comfortable beds. Pillows not great. THERE IS NO POOL OR SPA. Spa and pool some distance away doesn’t belong to owner and therefore also has additional cost. Towels too small. Shower luke warm. Hair dryer is non functional. Didn’t try the iron or hoover. Washing machine okay with detergent. Dishwasher okay as well. Can see parts of the lake but mostly just concrete buildings. For tv need own Netflix account which of course doesn’t work as I have the English ad supported...
