「We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise! The food and presentation so far exceeded our expectations. 5 stars all the way!」

「Incredible location and lodging! Steve was knowledgeable about the area, committed to environmental sustainability, welcoming and makes amazing pizza! Highly recommend and we will return!」

「We enjoy a lot the time at the rocks. The bath tube outside was very nice and own glowworm caves was the hit. The hosts were every helpful and friendly」

「Worst place to stay! After a 30 day trip in all of NZ this was the worst. The food was terrible, the customer service unacceptable. I would do a day hike in the park and have the water taxi take you back to Kaiteriteri 」
