The room hotel was very spacious and with good vies overlooking the sea. The bathroom is nice and big. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The staff are very nice.

Die Lage und Umgebung am Meer war wirklich toll sowie auch die Nutzung und Vorteile des privaten Strandes des Hotels. Ebenso war es super, dass man so schnell nach Split fahren konnte. Das Zimmer hatte soweit alles was man brauchte. Es waren jedoch einige sichtbare Mängel, gerade im Bad erkennbar. Auch hat der Safe nicht funktioniert und wurde während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht repariert. Das Essen war ausreichend und die Auswahl war ok. Besonders toll war hier das Restaurant, in dem man super gutes Essen kann.

The property has an amazing view and location. Parking is limited and our room was not accurately depicted on the website. The room I booked was supposed to be bright, beautiful, modern and king size bed. What we got was dark, dated and two side by side twin mattresses. The view made our stay worth it and the free breakfast was nice. Perhaps the room pictures should be updated so they are an accurate reflection of what you are booking? Gorgeous area and we enjoyed walking the promenade. Very kind staff.

We moved the pool and beach. All the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to the restaurant once and it felt like we were just an inconvenience to the wait staff. We asked them for ice in a wine bucket, it was like we were bothering them even though we needed to pay for this. The staff need some training in dealing with people. Very unfriendly and slow. We never ate there once. Instead had all our meals and drinks at the beach bar next door which was incredible. Great service, food and drinks.

Horrible , la chambre n avait rien à voir avec la photo du site , notre chambre était deguelasse ( le ménage pas fait , le lit d appoint cassé ( réparé 1 jour après ) la terrasse impossible d’y aller sale ( de la mayonnaise et des œufs de fourmis partout ) salle de bain salle . Des traces de doigt partout , la douche qui fuyait . Jamais vu ça . Sauvez vous

Pour un séjour de 2 semaines, le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois, et quand nous nous sommes plains on nous a répondu que les femmes de ménages changent simplement les serviettes de bains et les draps (bien que les draps n’aient absolument pas étés changés tous les jours). On nous a répondu ça comme si c’était normal. C’est plus que déplorable un hôtel 4 étoiles qui est capable de laisser ses clients dans une hygiène pareille. La chambre sentait les canalisations tout le long du séjour et malgré nos plaintes rien n’a été fait. Les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées comme précisé sur la réservation, nous entendions tout c’était invivable. Nous sommes revenus plusieurs fois et avons constatés que notre porte de chambre était entre ouverte bien que nous l’ayons fermés correctement en partant. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas à l’écoute des clients et nous facture un montant exorbitant pour des services qu’il ne sont pas capable de tenir. Nous déconseillons fortement, nous n’avons jamais vu ça.

We booked a “deluxe sea facing room with balcony” but when we checked in, they put us in room 42, which doesn’t have a balcony. It did have panoramic views across the beaches, so in that sense it was an upgrade. However, in the course of our stay we glanced into other rooms in that block, and they were more recently decorated and quite modern, with warm tones. Our room was clinical white and black and grey, and felt quite 2004. The curtains were badly fitted, and the bedside light would not turn off at all. We ended up taking the bulb out. The air conditioning unit rattled so loudly that we had to fashion a repair with some bunched-up tissue paper. The only shower is over the bath, and the shower head wouldn’t stay at the top of the pole (kept sliding down to shoulder height). We complained two days running but nothing happened so we strapped a waterproof plaster around the top of the pole to stop it sliding down. In the end, maintenance did visit and simply put more tape around our plaster rather than just tightening the screw. The tv didn’t get any internet signal, therefore there was no tv at all. They fixed that after two/three days. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast but very poorly done. Not only was the orange juice not freshly squeezed, it wasn’t even out of a carton. It was orange squash (cordial). For what we paid per night (£260), I deeply resented paying the hotel an extra €13 a day for one umbrella to use on the hotel’s private beach.

Amazing view and location, great service, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The options to go to the center of Split should be improved, as there was only one road to get to the center and back, and traffic jams were frequent (depending on the time of day).
