"This hotel was amazing. But the real star was the woman working the front desk with the great shoes. Everything I asked for she was like yeah absolutely I’ll go get it. Which is a huge difference from other hotels we have stayed in on our vacation.
FYI the mattress is crazy firm but the room is nice and quiet. The hotel is walkable to quite a few restaurants and markets. And the front desk associate was a 12/10"
"Great stay with pleasant amenities, mountains and sea views that can't be beat, and variety of food that it didn't feel repetitive. Will come back again!"
"Cleaned every day, great team of cleaners who didn’t get in your way. Marco in restaurant was very engaging and helpful. Spa masseuse Milita was excellent for both of us. Swimming pool team could be friendlier but possibly down to language barrier. Breakfast is abundant, one of the best we’ve experienced. Very few small children when we visited which is just how we like it. Very close to the beach and restaurants in direct proximity. We visited to celebrate an important wedding anniversary and the team made extra special efforts for us. We will definitely return, thanks for making our trip ❤️"
"This hotel is fantastic and I hope to come back next year. The rooms are very clean and a comfortable size, and the balconies are lovely to relax on. The staff is very kind and always very quick to help when asked. The private beach is great and it's only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel."
"This was our last night of vacation, just one night before an early morning flight. They were super helpful sending a taxi to pick us up because the roads were closed due to a political summit and we couldn’t get a taxi to the hotel! They also gave us lunch boxes in the morning since we left too early to catch breakfast. Great hospitality and easy stay. We didn’t explore around the hotel at all so no feedback there. Room was clean and comfortable."
