Very disappointed with this facility the faucet had lime scale and rust in the bathroom the toilet tank had grime the door was chipping wood to the bottom and the door for the room is a basic door not good for security purposes. They need to lower the price for this type of facility

This was a pretty solid experience. The only concern with the room was the lack of hot water in the shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful even though it seemed like they had alot on their plate at times. Of the three meals available in the all inclusive package breakfast and dinner were the best. Lunch could've had a bit more variety.

The property is a bit outdated but the food is really good so value for money is fine. However, the service leaves much to be desired. While some staff were exceptionally friendly, there was a lot of gaps including rude staff, staff members openly arguing with each other in front of guests, etc. The major issue was on our last day we arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport early on the day of check out as we had an 7am flight. The front desk assured us all was arranged. When we got to the front desk at 530am there was no taxi at all. Furthermore the front desk was completely closed so no one was there to assist. Given the location of the hotel its not like you could flag down a taxi on the road at that time. Luckily, we had friends at the hotel who was able to gave us a lift to the airport, buy that meant rousing them at 530am. This was totally unacceptable for any resort operating in 2025.

This was out first time traveling outside of our country and i have to say we were so HAPPY we chose Tobago and this resort. EVERYONE was so nice and courteous from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. We will definitely be back here again for another vacation. We also Highly recommend Derek Shandy for your tour guide, he is amazing in every way!! See Sarge for details :)

We enjoyed the safety of the pool with the peaceful sounds if the waves. It was perfect to relax with our 6 year old. The beach grill food was amazing. the Food overall for breakfast lunch and dinner were really good. Just the rooms were pretty dated, lacked plug outlets and a bit dingy. Overall was a great stay.

The resort is nice with all the rooms have an oceanview. I arrived early in the morning, was greeted with a smile and a rum punch drink. I was able to check-in upon arrival and my room was ready an hour or so later. The staff & service are excellent. Everyone was friendly and kind. The food is delicous! Had the best grilled fish at the beach restaurant. The beach was nice & quiet. The waters were swimable and relaxing. Had a wonderful stay..no compliants.

Really nice hotel on a beautiful beach. Only complaints: Advertise that they take AMEX and they don’t so we found that out the hard way. Dinner isn’t great but the breakfast and beach bar for lunch are good and very decently priced The bar lacks variety

The parking peovided by the hotel was an open lot near a fishing facility next door. Had to park my new van in the bushes. The waiting time to check in was almost 3 hours. Got the wrong room after the long wait along with the wrong key. Room located extremely far from reception so this was not pleasent. Towel replenishment was absent. Remote controls had no batteries in the room. Overall an unpleasent expierence along with many other guests experiencing the same situations during my stay. Food was at least decent.
