Since renovating, this hotel has really stepped it up. The staff folks are always excellent and helpful. The breakfast is always delicious. The only drawbacks were the television remote which half worked and no control re features, and the toilet stool sat too low. Ither than that, top rated!

Just ok
Bed was ok. Sounds easily heard thru the door adjoining the next room. Paint had been sprayed on spilled all over the bathroom, and hardly cleaned up. Shower handle just spun around without controlling temp.

Stay was fine. But the charge for changing my reservation was unacceptable. I moved my stay back one day (essentially chaning Thursday night for Sunday Night) and was charged more than the cost of a single night. Won't be staying at IHG property any time soon and my not be using expedia any more.

Stay was great just need to put out new towels and lines. I keep finding hair. And one towel was stained. And better cleaning of the bathroom.

Great mid point stop to OBX
The hotel is a great midpoint stop on the way to OBX. we had a great stay and good food. Staff was so nice

Had to move from first room due to grease stains on night stand, French fries on floor, TV nearly coming out of wall hanger and severely askew. Second room, last one, had damaged window sill with plaster flaking significantly, carpet tiles were pulling up and there were serious cobwebs and spiders in one corner of the only window in the room. Staff was very friendly - conditions were not good. Breakfast in the morning was barely palatable.

Check in was easy and CSR was very nice and helpful. Room was updated and had a balcony which wasnt expected. For the most part was quiet and easy to find off the highway. Pool wasnt open to use but wasnt a necessity to our stay. Overall was great and would definitely stay here again if needed

Nice place to stay for a quick trip. The beds were very soft but also very squeaky. It made me nervous to have a door out to a balcony which overlooks the parking lot. There were lots of cigarette butts on balcony. Breakfast was good and the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Pot filled hallways and people screaming at each other all night. Front desk did nothing and just said it’s a big family. We left at 12:15am because it was too much. Was told we would get a refund but haven’t seen that, hopefully that’s true. It’s was a stained up room and not a good area.
