We were within walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. The unit had three security levels to enter which I appreciated being only myself and my daughter. The landlord was quick to respond and the amenities were very comfortable. There were extra linens and blankets. The view was nice. If you are looking for a place to stay in Plymouth- book this place!

This property is gorgeous. The people who own it or are managing it are extremely responsive. The view is gorgeous. The building is safe and check in instructions were easy. There are a few drawbacks. One is that I think they need to replace the company who cleans for them. The bedding and furniture smells stale and that permeates the condo. But the worst was that there was feces splattered on the side of the sink cabinet right next to the toilet. It was not a pleasant thing to have to experience for two days. Also—one of the sliding glass doors don’t lock or even latch. There’s a balcony and that didn’t feel too safe. Honestly, if the cleaning improves and the latch gets fixed, this place is perfect.

We had an amazing time! The hotel was extremely clean, safe, and in the perfect location to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The property manager provided all of the information we needed and was great to work with. We would stay here again because of his timely communication and the overall property’s location and cleanliness.

This property had an amazing location. Walkable to many major spots in Plymouth and dining options. We loved that parking was included. The unit building and unit were very clean and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. Only had an issue getting the tv’s to work. But both Connor & Matt were extremely helpful and quick assisting us to get them working. Both very pleasant. Can’t wait to go back again!

Location is great. The property itself is nice and clean. Nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, spacious bathroom. I liked convenience of the private parking and keyless entry to everything. Construction was ongoing in the building so it was VERY loud in the daytime. Could hear every footstep above us on the third floor as well. The property also could use a few basic additions. There was no bedroom light (had to use the TV or cell phone for light), closet system in bedroom unfinished, etc. A good experience overall for a birthday getaway, but a little on the pricey side all considered.

The unit and building are clean and beautiful. It’s in a great spot for shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would say is the walls are paper thin, which can be entertaining, but sometimes not so much. ;) Overall though it was a fabulous stay.

My only recommendation would be to consider back lighting the keypads to make entry easier. The unit was spotless and well appointed.

The only issue I would like to report has to do with the noise coming from the room above and some guests on my floor . I wish there was a way to notify the hotel so they could contact those guests.

Paper thin walls
We had very loud neighbors 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. The walls are extremely thin so if you have little kids I would not recommend staying here. Loud music late at night when you are trying to put babies to bed is infuriating. Our contact Connor was very apologetic and refunded us one night which I was grateful for. Otherwise the place was clean and ok. No bathtub which again is not ideal with little kids and no blackout shades on the bedroom windows so you have bright lights from across the street shining in all night. Might not bother young people who don’t have kids!
